Shipping policy

Ready to ship: Most ready to ship items will ship next day, or up to 3 days after the order is placed. 

Custom orders: Custom accessories (suck pads, etc.) are made weekly on Wednesdays.  Tuesday night is the cutoff for shipping by Thursday or Friday of the same week.  

Rentals: Rental carriers are shipped up to 5 days before the rental period begins. If your carrier has not arrived by the end of the first day of your rental please contact us when it does arrive and we will adjust the start day of your rental.  On the last day of your rental please use the provided packaging and return label to send the carrier back.  

Overlays: The TAT on overlays is approximately 2 weeks from when your carrier and fabric both arrive. 

Preorders: Processing time for preorders will vary.  Please see item description for timeline.

We ship orders through USPS; once your item(s) are in the possession of USPS we have no control of the speed that your order is delivered. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Flat Rate Shipping is $9.95.  Many orders will ship for a lower amount than flat rate based on item weight and buyer location.  Orders that include only stickers can ship in a sturdy envelope for $1.50. This option does not provide tracking. All available shipping options for your order can be seen at checkout.
